About Cristina
Cristina is a Remedial Massage Therapist, Sound Therapist and Counsellor with 20 years of experience. She doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and designs each treatment around the person’s body, health history and comfort level. Every session begins with a conversation about history and preferences, and Cristina explains each technique as she goes, so clients stay in control of their care. Alongside remedial, deep tissue and lymphatic massage, she offers sound therapy and gentle counselling techniques for those who want to explore the connection between mind and body.
