About Zana El-Hajj

As a mother of three daughters, I appreciate the complexities of balancing family life, relationships and personal wellbeing, bringing both professional knowledge and personal insight into my work.

Zana works with young adults and adults experiencing a range of psychological and emotional difficulties, with a particular interest in trauma, family conflict, parenting challenges, workplace stress and burnout.

Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, encouraging clients to explore their inner resources, develop greater self-awareness and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges. She draws on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs.
