Counsellor & Life Coach

Renée Cipollone

Renée spent twenty years in Australian television and events production, working on big, fast-moving projects. Over time she found herself drawn to the people at the centre of it all, everyday people stepping into the spotlight and trying to hold themselves together while everything moved around them, and she noticed how rarely anyone truly listens without rushing to fix, judge or advise. She set out to be the counsellor she wished she’d met along the way, training with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, and is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (Dip. Couns., MACA Level 1). Renée believes people already carry what they need, and sometimes it just needs the right conditions to unfold. She brings genuine curiosity and care to each person’s story, works at a pace that suits them, and has a particular focus on helping clients live in line with their values and find a real sense of purpose.

She places a strong emphasis on helping people understand their injuries and feel confident in their bodies.
